Happy 54th Birthday,Malaysia!

I understand that there has been a lot of issues going on with our country's current government,won't say much but I sincerely hope our country goes stronger in the future. :)

Anyway,I just realized that I haven't posted here for so long.
Same goes with my own Tumblr. Sorry folks!

Life has been quite hectic recently. I've finally managed to adjust my messed up bodyclock which explains why I stopped updating my Tumblr in the middle of the night. I do have some random ideas in my brain that I haven't got them out onto paper yet,so perhaps I'll get them done in a couple of days when I organize my life. ;)

I also apologize for the constant delays of my personal website. Everything's working now,just need some tweaking for some parts. I REALLY hope it will be up before the next wave of busyness (friends coming to visit especially) comes. uhhh...

Till then,please eat more pau while waiting.

I don't really like the idea of posting the same thing in both blogs and tumblr,so I decided to do something different about it. Since I realize that I like doodling random/weird stuffs in the middle of the night,I'll just dump all of them into there instead.

During the time at Sydney, I managed to sit down and spend some time working on my own showreel,which had already been delayed for numerous times (ooops...).

I did have a great time there though,with good food and great host! :D

Be aware though,that my website is not up at the moment. While I'm trying to complete it as soon as possible, there has been an issue with my domain site at the same time.

Had a conversation with a close friend of mine the other day,and she suddenly thought of the idea of making characters from molecules structures.

I took it as a challenge and here is one of the characters I came up with.

Despite the complexity of the whole structure(makes everything twice as challenging),it's still somehow fun to work with.

( but I still don't like science. =/ )

There are a few more scientific 'thingy' (I have no idea what those are lol) that I'm keen to take on. I won't be doing them this week but hopefully they might pop up in here some time soon!

I couldn't express how happy I was when I finally got my internet a week ago.

So I'm back roaming around the internet world again! :D

That said,I'm sorry for one month of hiatus. And sadly,I couldn't get my hands back to drawing/scribbling/animating/taking pretty pictures during that time as I'm currently engaged with some work.

It was supposed to be some random doodle(out of boredom) in flash and then it started to develop from there.This isn't something that I would create normally. But I kinda admit that deep down I secretly want to explore that field (I mean the swirly patterns,not the naked lady)

it's not called swirly patterns for sure,but i just don't know any suitable words to give(anyone knows?).man,i feel embarrassed by my bad english.don't laugh.==

So a coursemate/good friend of mine,Magic posted up a series of artworks based on his experience throughout our course. It was really nice of him to turn us into some wicked-looking characters. haha

I've already seen a small part of his masterpiece 2 months ago(before he left Melbourne),and been anticipating for it till yesterday(yay!). It's funny cuz everyone really looks like their own characters,and funnier cuz...well..let's just say there were fun memories in there. ;P

(continue from title) - setting up internet. Kills me.

By the way,I'm using internet tethering at the moment,so I'm still able to go online(while restricting myself from loading all those big and pretty images or kickass videos).

Comparing the plans between ISPs,checking up on making a new landline connection,looking at the setup,contract fees,searching for reviews,etcetc...It's my first doing it,seriously. I gotta admit, it was kind of confusing to me.There were a few miscommunications which made me more confused than ever.

But after doing more research,at least for now,I think I know where I'm heading to(i think). :)! Fingers crossed that I can get internet as soon as possible! YEAH~~

On a random note, there's been a change of season in Melbourne now.

Second attempt on portrait painting

But it's my first adding hair strands to it.Suicidal. I gave up putting details to clothes after setting her hair properly(it's also due to other reason but it's better not to elaborate on that).

The first one was done 2 years back. (pic below)

I used to be proud of this back then.haha

Well,2 years has passed.The way things are seen back then and now are a lot different. I'm happy that there are some improvements now (it'll be horrible if it goes another way round) but there are always parts that needs some fixing and to be pushed even further. :)

So gambateh to me,I'll kick myself more often to push my limits!

Constructive criticisms/suggestions/tutorials recommendations are highly welcome!
